The Lending Manager I worked with, Steve, was awesome! He was available at all times for questions and assistance to make sure I was squared away when I found the right place. I spoke with Steve on a Friday, found a home that Saturday, and Steve already had items ready to review that very next day on Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to work out the best plan for my home purchase up until the closing day. As a bonus, they also bring you some really good cookies when you close.

Where do I begin? My wife and I had a budget plan agreed upon before going through the lending process. An opportunity to move on a house presented itself earlier than we anticipated, and we needed a pre-approval quickly. Our agents referred us to Steve Greaves from Tithe Lending. Steve was on the phone with me at 8pm on a Friday night, only an hour or two after the referral, and he had us pre- approved by Saturday morning. Steve is as professional as it gets - I had the pleasure of talking with him numerous times throughout the closing process. By the end of the experience, Steve was considered a friend, rather than a lender, by my wife and I. He makes himself available for any questions you have through the lending process, and he is prompt, polite, fun, and profoundly intelligent about his domain. Getting a pre-approval and going through the closing process can be very stressful, but Steve and Tithe Lending mitigated as much stress as possible throughout the entire process. My wife and I are currently enjoying our beautiful new house. As if this wasn't enough, Steve showed up to closing with a beautiful box of homemade cookies. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this lending firm, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the least-stressful mortgage process. 5 stars, all day long.

I've been in the home buying process for 3 different homes now and my experience with Steve at Tithe was by far the best out of all three.
