Our Story
Mortgage On A Mission
Our Mission
To honor God through exceptional work, and to love our neighbor through generous giving.
At Tithe, we believe in creating not just homeowners, but also neighbors. Our founders wanted to make a lasting impact beyond profits, so they created the idea of a “Mortgage on a Mission”.
We donate 10% of loan proceeds to the Tithe Foundation for every mortgage we complete, providing resources and opportunities to those in need. This principle is ingrained in the hearts of every Tithe employee, driving everything we do.
As we grow in the years to come our giving will increase proportionally. We measure success by the impact of our service, and it is our commitment to making a difference that motivates us every day.

Our Team
With over 50 years of combined experience, we know how to get loans closed on time, while providing an exceptional customer experience. On our mission, we meet you where you are whether you wish to meet in person or keep it digital. We have options for you that would significantly reduce your need to provide documentation. It’s all about making your next mortgage experience the best you’ll ever have.

Mark Greaves
Mark Greaves is our CEO and visionary leader. With nearly two decades of industry experience, he guides our sales and leadership teams while ensuring our business practices align with our faith-forward values. When he’s not leading the charge at Tithe Lending, you can find him running and reading, volunteering at the Dream Center, or inside local prisons.

Brian Ziemer
Brian Ziemer is our COO and fulfillment leader. He brings a wealth of experience in lending and finance, having led large operational departments for multiple mortgage banks and smaller brokerages under his ownership. When he’s not driving our operations, you can find him on the golf course (all year round!) or rooting for the Buckeyes!
